Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (Monday through Friday), closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Ship time for U.S. orders is 2-4 business days depending on the efficiency of your local post office.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Once a package has left our facility, USPS will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen.

Any APPROVED returns made will be eligible for store credit only! We do not process REFUNDS, (If you ordered the wrong item and/or size we are not responsible for the shipping fee.
If an item happen to be damaged or defective, you must report it to us within (5) days after delivery day . ANY DAMAGES or defective items reported after the (5) days will NOT be accepted. Please attach photos of the return inquiry.
If you are missing an item from your order, you will need to provide us with a photo of your packing slip you received. If you cannot provide us with this photo, we cannot assist you in the situation.
We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return, If the wrong shoe was sent to you we will cover shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
If you happen to return a package over $75, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance for the carrier in which you purchased your return label from. We cannot guarantee we will receive any packages sent back to us.

All sale and discounted items are final. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or store credit. Please be sure to confirm the size/color of these items before confirming your purchase.
